GPCL provided Procurement and Financial Management Consultancy (PFMC), for the Bihar Kosi Flood Recovery Project (BKFRP), a USD 220 million World Bank financed project in Bihar, India. GPCL provided implementation support in preparation of customized bidding documents, Request for Proposals, procurement plan, procurement notices, bid evaluation reports, draft contracts etc for procurement of works, goods and consultancy services.
